1. Overview
We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your options for returns, replacements, and refunds.

2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as this would involve additional expenses for handling and return logistics of you and us. Please choose your products carefully before purchasing. For assistance, contact our support team.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. To qualify:
Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Submit clear photographs of the defect or issue for verification.

4. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels) unless the product is faulty.
Health and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns for opened bed sheets unless they are defective.

5. Process for Returns
Contact our customer service team via email with your order details and the reason for the return.
Follow the return authorization process provided by our team.
Ship the product back to us using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Exclusions
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.
