3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • Submit clear photographs of the defect or issue for verification.

4. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels) unless the product is faulty.
  • Health and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns for opened bed sheets unless they are defective.

5. Process for Returns

  3. Ship the product back to us using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
