If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. To qualify:
Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Submit clear photographs of the defect or issue for verification.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels) unless the product is faulty.
Health and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns for opened bed sheets unless they are defective.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
